Our smallest, most laid-back park, Forest Edge is just a short woodland walk away from all the facilities of Oakdene Forest Park.
Forest Edge offers a great play area for kids. Whilst there are no other facilities on the park, there are many fantastic attractions within easy reach.
Please note that road noise can be heard during your stay due to the proximity of the A31.
Forest Edge offers a range of two and three bedroom caravans, 'Select+' and 'Superior+' lodges as well as a three-bedroom house with a hot tub. As with all our other parks, Forest Edge is proud to welcome pets and provides free Wi-Fi across the whole park.

A really lovely family stay last week. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. Well equipped and perfect. Full use of pool and facilities at the neighbouring park (about 2 min drive or 15 min walk through forest away) all very nice. Certainly hope to return.

Perfect spot for dog walks
Just had a lovely weekend. The caravan was clean, cosy, well equipped and spacious. Hot tub was lovely. If you have dogs, the forest is literally across the road and you can walk for miles. We had a great relaxing time and our dog is exhausted from the lovely forest walks.

We were so chuffed!
We were so chuffed! It had everything you needed and was so clean! You're still practically on the edge of the New Forest so there's a nice woodland walk to take the dogs. Monkey World and the Tank Museum are just around the corner too and Bournemouth is a great day out! Overall had a lovely stay!

How do I check in at Merley Court?
Check-in less and holiday more. We no longer operate a reception at Merley Court Holiday Park. All our wonderful accommodation features online check-in with your keys waiting for you securely upon arrival. Here's what you can expect:
Shortly before your holiday starts you will receive our pre-arrival email, where you can register all your details and begin the online check-in process.
On the day of your arrival, we’ll send you a text (and an email) when your holiday home is ready and to let you know your accommodation number, as well as details of how to find your accommodation on park.
Simply head to our woodland lodges, approach the barrier and use the button to call our team, who will let you in. Your accommodations keys will be waiting for you in our secure key box. Attached to the keys will be a barrier fob, so that you can come and go as you please during your stay.
Please do not head to your accommodation until you have received your text confirming that it is all ready for you. Once you have settled in, you will be prompted to check-in via our online portal.
In the unlikely event of experiencing any difficulties or something’s not quite right, our onsite Warden is on hand throughout your stay.
What are your check-in and check-out times for self-catering accommodation?
Check-in will vary depending on the accommodation you have booked.
All other lodges (Select, Select +, Superior and Superior +) plus The Burrow, Tudor Rose House and Sublime Hot Tub Caravanshave check-in from 3pm
All remaining accommodation (Forest, Supreme, Serene, Sensation, Seaside and Statement Caravans) have check-in from 4pm
Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Note: Sunday departures for two night breaks are by 7pm.
You are welcome to arrive earlier and make use of any of the parks facilities, but please do not head to your accommodation until you have received your text confirming that it is all ready for you.
